Yackpot is not liable for any indirect, consequential, or special losses arising from use of the platform, including anticipated loss of profits, data loss, or business disruption — unless caused by yackpot's own gross negligence.
These Terms are interpreted and governed by applicable law. Any dispute arising from or related to the use of the yackpot platform shall first be resolved through negotiation between both parties before any legal action is taken.
If negotiations fail to reach a resolution within 30 days, both parties agree to refer the dispute to binding arbitration under mutually agreed rules.
